Shipped from US warehouses
Orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours on business days. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days and is free on orders over $99. Express takes 3–4 business days.
Halloween delivery dates
Halloween 2026 falls on Saturday, October 31. We plan every delivery to arrive by Friday, October 30 — in the yard before the first trick-or-treater, not in the mailbox on November 1.

Missed the standard cutoff?
Express still arrives in time if you order by Friday, October 23. After that, every product page says plainly that delivery comes after Halloween.
Tracking
Your tracking number arrives by email once the label is printed — see Order Status. If tracking stalls for more than 3 business days, write to us and we chase the carrier.
Address corrections
Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email broadlinestore@outlook.com right away — we can usually fix it before the order ships. Packages returned as undeliverable are refunded minus the shipping already paid.
Lost, late or damaged packages
Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number (and photos, if damaged). We file the claim with the carrier and replace or refund your order.
