Halloween FAQ

When should I order to have it by Halloween?

Standard shipping: order by Tuesday, October 20. Express: order by Friday, October 23. Each product page shows its own delivery date and warns you before checkout if a piece can't make it.

Will props hold up to wind and rain?

Pieces marked wind-tested include real anchoring hardware and are rated for gusts up to 25 mph when installed as directed. Resin and fabric props are rated for outdoor use through the season; bring electronics inside before a named storm.

Are power adapters included?

Yes. Every plug-in prop ships with a UL/ETL-listed adapter, and the product page lists the cord length so you can plan extension cords before the box arrives.

Can I return a prop that turned out scarier than expected?

Yes — within 30 days of delivery, unused and in the original packaging. See Returns & Refunds.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not this season. We ship to US addresses in all 50 states.

Is everything in stock?

Everything you can add to your cart is sitting in a US warehouse. When a piece sells out we remove it, instead of taking orders we can't deliver before Halloween.

How is sales tax handled?

Tax is calculated at checkout from your shipping address and your state's rules. The total you see before paying is the total you pay.

What if I order after the cutoff?

From October 20 to October 23, express is the only option that still arrives before Halloween, and each product page says so. After that, product pages state clearly that the order arrives after Halloween.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, while it is still in the warehouse. Email us with your order number as soon as possible. After the label is printed the carrier controls the package; you can refuse the delivery or send it back.

Can I return a prop I used on Halloween night?

No. Returns cover unused items in the original packaging within 30 days. If a prop failed while it was set up, that is covered by the warranty — contact us.

Is there a warranty?

Manufacturing defects are covered through January 31 of the year after purchase: motors that stop, lights that fail, seams that split. Normal wear, storm damage and installation that ignores the instructions are not covered.

My animatronic won't turn on. What now?

Make sure the adapter is fully seated and the switch is on TRY-ME, not OFF — that fixes it about half the time. If it still won't start, email us a photo of the prop and of the adapter label with your order number and we send a replacement. You don't pay to return the faulty one.
